WE ROAST TO ENHANCE THE FINEST FLAVORS OF COFFEE VARIETIES

ROCAMAR ESPRESSO

Our ROCAMAR ESPRESSO roast is specifically designed for extraction in  espresso machines or for those who love a dark roast without losing the  distinctive characteristics of our naturally processed Caturra variety.
In the cup, you will discover a rich body with hints of plum and dark chocolate, complemented by a fine and balanced acidity.
This  coffee is perfect for enjoying as an espresso or a mocha, as well as  using it as a base for cappuccinos, cortados, flat white or lattes. 

SALSA BRAVA


SALSA BRAVA  
the medium-dark roast from TWO OCEANS COFFEE.

For these roast we have choosen our exquisite selected and natural processed Obata variety.

The beans were carefully sun dryed in the coffee fruit on our patios before removing the husk.
This  coffee is a true "wild delight" with a captivating aroma of yellow fruits,  cocoa, and a spicy touch.
It's a coffee that awakens your senses with  its punch and intense flavor.
And btw. "Salsa Brava" is Diego's favorite surf spot at the Carebean Cost.

ROCAMAR CAFÈ


Rocamar Café is our classic medium roast, crafted from the finest selection of our natural processed Caturra variety, sourced from Hacienda Sonora. 

This  coffee isn't just good; it embodies pure quality. Its aroma of  caramelized sugar, chocolate, and cherries makes it the perfect coffee  to savor in a pour-over, whether black or with milk. 

With its  versatility, Rocamar Café is an "Allrounder" for all Costa Rican coffee  enthusiasts. 


HERMOSA

Our HERMOSA roast is a medium-light roast of the  "Centroamericano" variety. 

In the cup, you'll uncover a complexity of  delicate aromas such as macadamias, milk chocolate, and a subtle red fruit acidity. 

This coffee is particularly recommended for preparation  using filtration methods like Chemex, V60, Kalita, or a classic  pour-over. 

PAN DULCE

Pan Dulce is our champagn.

The SL28 variety, with its origin in Kenya  now grown and harvested at our beloved Hacienda Sonora in Costa Rica, provides us with an  exceptionally balanced, delicate, and delicious cup.
Its gentle notes and subtle complexity, along with aromas of fruits like raspberries and a touch of fine cocoa, are a true delight for special moments, whether  enjoyed solo or shared with your best friends. A flavor festival you  can't afford to miss!

Its numerous volcanoes enrich its lands, and the influence of its two oceans creates a wide range of microclimates, making Costa Rica a paradise for cultivating extraordinary coffees. 

In Costa Rica, coffee production began in the Central Valley. 

The Arabica species has played a significant role in the country's economic, political, and cultural development. Coffee is a tradition that can be felt and breathed in every moment lived in Costa Rica. 

For our "Two Oceans Coffee" roasts, we only use the finest coffee  varieties grown on the slopes of the Poás volcano, carefully processed  by the Guardia family at Hacienda Sonora. 

The beans of "Two Oceans  Coffee" are cultivated, harvested, processed, selected, and roasted with  great care and the best knowledge, the result of a lifetime dedicated  to the art of good coffee.
